We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of the WiggleDesk desk booking app. Our new hybrid office space booking application is now available for iOS and Android devices. The WiggleDesk app is designed to make it much easier to book spaces on the go, identify your upcoming bookings, and effortlessly cancel the ones you no longer need.

Getting Started With Our Desk Booking App

To start experiencing the benefits of managing your hybrid work on the go, simply follow these steps:

  1. Download the App: Visit the App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices. Search for "WiggleDesk" and download the application.
  2. Log In: Open the WiggleDesk app and log in with your existing username/password.

    If you don't have a password because you usually use Microsoft/Google Login, simply press the 'login issues' button on the login screen and choose the 'reset password' option (also available here).

  3. Start Booking: Navigate through our user-friendly interface to start booking your desired workspaces.

How to Use WiggleDesk

Booking a Desk:

To book a workspace,

  1. Go to the 'new booking' page.
  2. Select your preferred date and location from the top of the screen.
  3. If you want you can filter by floor / space tag, to find the right space for you. Filters are shown when you click '+ Options'.
  4. Click on the desk you'd like to book, you can click the 'map' button to see exactly where it is on the floorplan. Confirm the booking by tapping on 'Confirm'. It's as simple as that!

Viewing Upcoming Bookings:

Tap on 'My Bookings' to view all of your upcoming reservations. Clicking the '⌄' icon reveals it's location on the map. The calendar at the top of the page is interactive allowing you to view future months.

This makes it easy to keep track of where and when your next booking is.

Deleting a Booking:

Changed your plans? No worries! To delete a booking, navigate to 'My Bookings'. Find the booking you want to delete, click the '⌄' icon to open up the booking and press the 'Delete' button that appears below the map.

The main focus of the app is to offer a super streamlined process of identifying your bookings, seeing where and when they are and make bookings on the go. All of the admin features of WiggleDesk remain on our award winning web platform which is where you'll find a few of the more advanced user features such as recurring bookings and seeing other people's bookings on interactive timelines.
